Happiness

Witam Państwa,

Dzisiejszy wiersz posłużył mi do wyrażenia moich odczuć, które pojawiły się po usłyszeniu pewnej piosenki. Było to odczucie szczęścia, które towarzyszy mi za każdym razem, gdy słyszę ten utwór. Wiersz jest w języku angielskim i nosi tytuł Happiness.

Happiness

I know my good friend,

How difficult it is today.

You see hatred and anger

Inside the whole human race.

The small signs that you forsee,

Makes you even sadder.

I have a solution for everyone,

Little, big, evil, good, fool or genius.

Just do what you must to smile,

Show the universe your happiness.

Don't care about hatred and anger,

In the end you will win completely.

I understand your despair, my friend,

I too despaired in my curious life.

You see no third option in sight,

While there is a battle to be won.

Just a bit of happiness can change

Everything you feel and think.

The era of despair is over now,

The clock is striking seven o’clock.

Just do what you must to smile,

Show the universe your happiness.

Don't care about hatred and anger,

In the end you will win completely.

You told me once, a long time ago,

You trust me absolutely, completely.

So keep your head upwards,

And stay smiling all the way.

Joy will save the universe, 

An old genius told me once.

How right he is to this day,

The stars are smiling, my friend.

Just do what you must to smile,

Show the universe your happiness.

In the end everyone will win completely.
